This weekend: Shelley's Ghost at the NYPL and Mermaids at Coney Island

The NYPL is currently exhibiting manuscripts, books and relics belonging to Mary and Percy Bysshe Shelley. There are only a few days left before the show ends so catch it before Sunday. Visit their website here.

Have nothing to do this Saturday? Well, June 23 marks the 30th anniversary of Coney Island's Mermaid Parade. It's considered the largest art parade in the US so don't miss out!
